Return Policy

Items may be returned for a Refund or Exchange based on the following:

• Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free and with tags ATTACHED.
• Note all footwear must be in it's original box, and placed inside another box for return. No labels or tape may be attached to the boot/shoe box.
• No returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
• Your refund is issued within 3 business days of the date we received your returned item(s) from you once inspected to be in NEW condition. A return or exchange is not guaranteed until management has inspected the items.
• All items marked (Final Sale) in the title are NOT returnable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• We do not refund the original cost of shipping.
• Absolutely no returns on gift cards

Feed and supplements, earrings, and final sale items will not be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. All other items must be returned in their original state within 30 days of purchase, including but not limited to tags, original boot box, and receipt but is not guaranteed. Management holds the final decision on returns and exchanges based on the guidelines mentioned above. At their discretion they have the right to refuse an exchange or return for any reason.
